This Legal Notice applies to sophistication.io including the subdomain app.sophistication.io (customer portal).
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Our offering is directed exclusively at businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB).
